Pharmacy Health Connect

The Pharmacy Health Connect application allows you to connect with your local independent pharmacy to quickly and easily refill your prescription medications. You can also use this app to set reminders of when to take and/or refill your medications, look up information about your medications, view news/events at your pharmacy and receive messages from your pharmacy.
